Before we ever talk about working together, we talk about where you actually are. That’s the whole first call. If there’s a fit, we’ll say so. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too — and point you somewhere useful.
No slide deck. No pitch. Just a real conversation between operators.
What to expect
How this call works.
The discovery call is 45 minutes, by video. Both of us are on it. We prefer you bring your spouse if your spouse is in the business or in the decisions — these conversations go deeper when both voices are in the room.
The first 30 minutes is you talking. We ask questions. We listen for patterns. We’re not trying to sell you anything in that window — we’re trying to understand the actual shape of what you’re carrying.
The last 15 minutes we tell you what we see. Sometimes that’s “here’s what we’d do next — and we can help.” Sometimes it’s “you don’t need us, you need a bookkeeper and a hard conversation with your second-in-command.” We mean both answers the same way.
If there’s a fit, we’ll walk you through what working together looks like — cohort, 1:1, or something custom. No pressure. The decision doesn’t happen on the call.

Before you book
This call is probably right for you if…
You’ve owned or run the business for at least five years. You’ve got revenue, you’ve got people, and the machine mostly works — but you’re the bottleneck and you know it. You’re not shopping for a motivational speaker. You’re looking for someone who’s actually done it.
It’s probably not right for you if you’re pre-revenue, if you’re looking for a tactical quick-win, or if what you need is a coach, a therapist, or a CFO. Those are real needs — they’re just not what we do. We’ll tell you that on the call and point you somewhere better.
